Far From Presents: 13/09/23

On the 13th of September we returned from our hiatus to bring you a night of high energy music from Pedestrian Band, Safe at Any Speed and Leftovers(s), hand selected by us here at Far From

Leftovers(s) kicked the night off bringing us the tales of a deranged goose, seeking revenge on her farmers, to the insanity and angst induced by growing up in a suburban shit-hole (as well as recounts of grippy sock foot jobs…), all told through the medium of music

Safe At Any Speed were clearly one of the most anticipated acts of the evening, and it seemed their show was both a marathon and a sprint, guiding us through a long but pulsating set. Their natural synchronicity as well as their individual talent as musicians created an energy that strongly resonated with the audience

Pedestrian Band are new boys on the scene and we’ve had the pleasure of being present at all of their shows thus far. Their performance at Far From exceeded expectation, and we’re excited for whats in store for them. F*#k the middle of the road folk

We were delighted to provide a haven for young creatives to share thoughts and experience the music together. We’re excited for this community to grow and flourish, and we encourage you to get in touch if you wish to join the collaboration

We think it’s fair to say that the whole event was a success, and we thank you for experiencing it with us.

Yours Truly,

Far From xx
